Refund Policy

Effective 7 October 2026

Our promise: if you paid for a product or service and it was not delivered, we refund what you paid.

1. When we refund

You are entitled to a refund when what you paid for was not delivered:

  • Digital products. You did not receive access or a download link within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed, or the file you received cannot be opened or is incomplete and we are unable to give you a working copy within 48 hours of your telling us.
  • Services. We did not deliver the agreed deliverables by the date in your quote (or a later date we agreed with you in writing). If part of the work was delivered, you will be refunded the portion that was not.
  • Billing errors. You were charged twice, or charged an amount different from the price you agreed.

2. When we do not refund

Once a product or service has been delivered as described, it is not refundable. For example:

  • you changed your mind after receiving a digital product;
  • a delay was caused by missing content, feedback or approvals from you;
  • you want changes that go beyond the agreed scope (we will quote those separately).

Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

3. How to request a refund

Email helloo.juventussops@gmail.com within 30 days of the date delivery was due. Please include your name, the email you used, the product or service, the date of purchase, the platform you paid through (Selar, Payhip, PayPal or direct) and your receipt or order number.

4. What happens next

  • We review your request and reply within 3 business days.
  • If approved, we refund the amount you paid to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or provider and is usually 5 to 10 business days.
  • For purchases made through Selar or Payhip, the refund is issued through that platform. We will start it for you, and the platform's own processing times apply.

5. Problems with a charge

If you do not recognise a charge, or something went wrong with a payment, please contact us before you contact your bank so we can fix it quickly.
